Andres has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). He also has an MBA from Texas A&M International University.

Andres has over 10 years of experience in Transportation and Logistics; first working as General Manager of PG Distribution LLC (Palos Garza) for six years. Then he moved to Panther Premium Logistics (Arcbest) to lead and manage the Laredo and Mexico operations for another six years.

Andres joined FARO to head the Factoring division after recognizing the need for a locally based Factoring company to assist the local trucking industry.

Manuel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).  He worked in Grupo Financiero BASE for 9 years as a Senior Financial Advisor in the Specialized Banking Division operating FX and derivatives, servicing Mexican and international corporate clients.  He obtained the AMIB Figura III license as a registered representative in Mexico to operate in the capital markets.  Manuel holds an MBA from EGADE Business School and spent a semester in ESSEC Business School pursuing a Master in Strategy & Management of International Business.

Manuel joined FARO to head the FX division.

Daniela Ramos has a Bachelor dual-degree in Management with a concentration in International Business and in Marketing from the University of Texas in San Antonio, TX., and studied abroad in Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Santa Fe (ITESM). She worked for Televisa-Univision in San Antonio, TX as promotions coordinator and community empowerment leader for four years.

In March 2022, Daniela joined Faro Factoring as a client associate where she does collections for clients and clients debtor submissions and provides customer assistance.

Melissa has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in Industrial Distribution Engineering. While attending school, she had an internship with Johnstone Supply, where she learned about the distribution of technical products in the HVACR industry. During her time there, she assisted many clients in understanding the different products they used on a day-to-day basis. After graduating, she started working for Kalisch Brokers, an import-export company, where she learned the supply chain process of importing and exporting products to and from the United States. She has now decided to explore the workings of a financial company, specifically in the accounts receivable side of the business. In her free time, she enjoys teaching yoga for fun as a certified instructor.

Tanya graduated from Texas A&M International University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration.

She has seven years of experience as an HR Coordinator in the freight forwarding industry and two years as a Payroll Administrator at a Domino’s franchise office in Laredo. Over the years, she has built strong expertise in talent management, payroll processing, and administrative operations.

In September 2024, Tanya joined Faro Factoring as a Client Associate, where she supports clients by ensuring their invoices are processed efficiently.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys going to the gym, holds a Personal Trainer certification, and values spending time with her family and friends.

Dana Garcia graduated from Texas A&M University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, specializing in Diplomacy and Politics, and a minor in Spanish. During her studies, she had the opportunity to expand her global perspective by studying abroad at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She began her professional experience in the transportation industry at Angulo Transportation Services, gaining valuable insights into operations.  In July 2024, Dana joined Faro Factoring as a Client Associate, where she is responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices before they are funded to ensure accuracy and legitimacy. Additionally, I monitor client accounts, ensuring compliance with factoring agreements, and address any issues. Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness and enjoys teaching indoor cycling classes as an instructor in her free time.

Born in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México, Sergio started his finance career in 2009, joining Banco Regional de Monterrey (Banregio). He worked his way up from branch teller to corporate manager in commercial banking nationwide. He obtained the AMIB Figura II license to operate in the capital markets as a registered representative in Mexico.

After 10 years, he joined Banco Mercantil del Norte (Banorte Corporate) as a Cash Management manager, serving Mexican and international AAA corporate clients.

In 2024, Sergio moved to Laredo, Texas, joining Faro Factoring as a Senior Underwriter and founding the Credit Department.

He enjoys hiking and all sports in general, he´s been a professional drummer for 25 years.

Alejandra is magna cum laude alumna from Texas A&M International University holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and perusing a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. She holds nine years of customer service, marketing, and business operations experience.

In 2016, Alejandra joined Faro Companies as a client associate. She currently runs day-to-day operations for Faro Wealth, Beacon Insurance, and Faro FX clients. Additionally, she is licensed in Texas for property & casualty insurance.

In her spare time, you will catch her at movie night with her two daughters, or watching a good Houston Texans game with her husband!

Mayra leverages her Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from The University of Texas at San Antonio in her current role as Marketing Coordinator at Faro Companies, a leader in innovative solutions across diverse industries. Her responsibilities include crafting and executing marketing campaigns and strategies, utilizing her strong communication and organizational skills alongside proficiency in various content creation platforms. Prior to joining Faro Companies in 2024, Mayra gained experience as an Account Manager at Auto Transportes Alanis S.A. DE C.V. There, she built strong client relationships and consistently delivered high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

A passionate learner, Mayra thrives in collaborative environments and is always eager to acquire new skills and technologies. This dedication extends to her personal life, where she values spending quality time with family and friends.

Since 2018, Irazú has passionately immersed herself in the realms of human development, emotional management, and personal growth, committing to both learning and sharing her insights with others. By exploring various aspects of natural medicine and alternative therapies, she has gained the expertise needed to provide valuable assistance and encouragement to numerous individuals on their personal paths. Concurrently, Irazú actively collaborated with the Social Economic Networkers team, participating in network marketing to expand her skills and connections.

To stay up-to-date in this constantly evolving landscape, Irazú consistently attends and participates in conferences, seminars, and leadership training programs, continuously refining her abilities and expanding her knowledge. Her dedication led her to complete comprehensive training as a Life Coach in 2023, arming herself with a diverse toolkit to empower and elevate human potential.

Irazú joined Faro Companies in 2023 as a client associate aiming to deliver exceptional service to clients characterized by warmth and quality. During her leisure time, Irazú finds joy in nature, painting, and practicing meditation.

Renata is a Mexico City native where she worked with a large legal firm as a Paralegal Assistant. She currently resides in Laredo, TX where she earned her degree in Economics in International Business. She has worked in the foreign exchange industry for four years in several positions. She began her career with Faro FX as a Client Associate in 2020. She moved to Washington D.C. to work for the corporate office, Monex USA, as a FX Operations Specialist in 2022. She has since returned to work for Faro Companies as Head of Business Development where her main goal is to develop and maintain client relationships with all of the business divisions.

Besides Renata’s passion for finance, she also enjoys synchronized swimming since she was eight years old. She still practices on her free time and loves to travel.
